I **** to have to question this, but it just seems fishy. My boyfriend found out on Oct 8 that his dad died. He calls me that afternoon the minute he found out and says that he is on his way to the airport to fly to Peru. (my first thought was how did he get an international flight so quickly). Then the following day (Oct 9) I received an e-mail saying that he is stuck at the airport on his way to Peru. I received another e-mail tuesday night, telling me how sad he was and he doesn’t know when he’s coming back. Following day (wed) I received a call at 10 am from him and he’s already driving and on his way home from the airport. He did seem very sad and crying that his dad died. He told me that when he got there he was having such a hard time, that his mom and brother told him that he’s already paid his respect, but he’s better off returning to
the states. It just seems too quick for him to come back, and plane ticket are not cheap.
I got into a fight with him over this, and I’ve asked to see his passport because I know it gets stamped. He refuses to show it to me, saying it offends him that I would even ask. I just wish he would show it to me and shut me up.
