Can anybody help me that may live in or around the Callao area in Peru? My Fiance’ is American, had only been in Peru for 2 weeks . He lives in Chicago Illinois but left the States with a “friend” who also used to live in Chicago.The friend came to Chicago for a quick visit. After a few days somehow paid for a ticket for my Fiance’ to fly back with him to Lima – Surco Peru where he’s been living for 2 yrs. It was promised to be a trip of a lifetime for my Fiance. He would experience the music he loved being played at the nightclubs in Peru.A rare chance for my fiance’ to absorb the uniqueness of Peruvian’s influence on House & Techno music. The “friend” (a DJ in Peru) told of the love in Peru for Techno,House,Trance & Chicago House Music. WELL MY FIANCE & I WERE WRONG!! Early October 2009 after 2 wks, my fiance’ and the “the guy he thaught was his friend” now sit at Sarita Colonia Prison in Callao. My boyfriend was charged with Traffiking; I’m not sure the exact charges of the friend. This has been a nightmare for me, we were supposed to be married in September 2009,due to the abrupt trip to Peru marriage would have to wait till after he came home. A small ceramony around christmas time sounded great. Well, now I am here in the States alone raising 2 small boys without the father figure they love so dearly. How can I send letters, pictures of the kids,drawings the kids make, to my American Fiance lost within the Sarita Colonia Prison in Callao Peru? PLEASE~ any help or info of any kind would be great! I am trying to learn the Peruvian laws on my own, there is little to no help in the states for finding out info, finding lawyers, even sending money proves to be difficult. I am also looking for info on how much things cost in the prison, food, phone cards, duties, blankets, clothing, toilettries, toothbrush, etc (are they issued clothing if anything at all?) or have to buy? Questions, Questions, Questions….Help anybody?????

when he was here in america it was hard to understand him but i could manage and understand his actsent.but today he called me on my cell phone(verzion) and he would say something and by the time it got on my phone i would say something else. and it was really confusing. very bad delay.
any ideas? do you think if i give him my home number i could hear him better and not get delays in the voices? btw i have optimum phone service.

But I’m 17 years old, and I would love to go ,and my parents are offering to pay for it.

But it’s a lot of money, and I I feel guilty having them pay for it.
Because they’re still paying for my sister’s college courses.They say they can afford it, and If i really want to go, they’ll send me.

But I leave before my father comes home for a month from Iraq, and when I return from Peru, I’ll only have 2 weeks to see him, and not a month.

I’ll miss my best friend’s birthday and I’ll miss my school’s exams, unless i take it early.

What would you do, if you have been offered to go to Peru for 3 weeks?

I’m unsure, I would love to go, but I feel like I don’t deserve it.
My parent’s say I do, but I just have doubts.
