I recently made a eu.3,000 bet with my mother that I will never have kids and because she doesn’t believe that I’ll keep the bet and multiply someday, and neither does anyone else, my friends ask me “oh why don’t you want kids?!?! they’re sweet and cute and its just normal to have them!” I myself (do not hate) but strongly dislike kids, I’ve been thinking about it a lot and how much I rather have exotic, travel-full adventures to see the whole world, like the ancient ruins of machu-pichu in Peru, and the great wall of china, and mountain climbing the Transylvanian alps, before god ends my life instead of at going to some boring job, coming home to feed some three-four little kids, changing them, cleaning them, and going to sleep. day in and day out. But why is it so “strange” not to want to go through the pain of hours of labour, only to come home and not have any time for your husband or yourself? Plus kids cost so much, its not even funny. From paying hospital bills to paying college tuition and everything in between. Instead of owning a small condo in some beautiful European city for 2 people and using all the extra money for vacation travels, you have to get some house in the suburbs to raise kids, pay for school, pay child insurance and college ect. To me it sounds like an obviously better life, but everyone tells me that no European guy wants a girl who dosent want to have kids for him? Is that true? Because I don’t want kids, yet I don’t want to spend my travels alone.
