I sell round the world fares all day, and find you only really go over 29,000 miles if you include either north and south america, or if south africa is in the itinerary.(as they involve long flights from the north to south hemisphere that really bump up your mileage)
If you’re not going round the world, just a return, I’m pretty confident you won’t go over 29,000 miles. Also, on most tickets you can have up to 31,000 if you pay a £100-200 supplement.
I would steer clear of Thomas Cook etc, who only really book packages, and go to a specialist like Flight Savers.
To be honest but, I’m not sure what kind of ticket you would fit that journey on, as RTW tickets are a lot more flexible than returns generally, but good luck!
