I brought my new wife from Peru to Canada and she’s been here less than 2 months and I swear I don’t know her anymore. Because she’s made serious problems and threats in my parents house and we’re all in a state of shock and terror. We have a 1 year old baby daughter. We don’t know what to do. I’m on disability support therefore I have no money. It is becoming very apparent that this woman has a hidden adgenda to come to my country and use the laws against me.
So she literly just got here and is now making threats to go get legal aid and get social assistant payments and to go live and conspire with her family and friends elsewhere in Canada (possibly an arranged suitor/provider). I can’t believe this is happening, it’s my worst nightmare. I always had my suspicious but I never thought she could do this to me. She had made so many promises in the past. Immigration told us if she leaves me I got to pay back the government all her welfare payments over the next 3 years. Which leaves me with NO disability assitance of my own! Thats if she stays here. And if she goes back to Peru then my baby will die. Because it is totally unsafe there and the life that they have there is worse than death.
The fact is I have a form of Autism but despite that I have worked so hard to bring them here and tried so hard to give them the best but it wasn’t good enough for her. Obviously she wants to extort me and send money home to her family. This is taking off years from my parents lives, and shattering their vacation plans. They are saying she is evil with a split personality, a moneygrabber and a lost cause. We just want her out of the house, and preferably back to Peru. She is making so many problems and slandering me. But again I don’t want my baby to go back to that hellhole, after I worked so hard to get her here. But I have NO money to fight this. And I am not the actor or performer, as she is. But I do have my parents as witnesses.
She also said she has no food here or winter clothes, the fact couldn’t be further from the truth. The fridge, freezer and pantry can barely be closed because of the overflowing food. And we have given her many nice suitable clothes!!! You should have seen the fridge in her residence in Peru… it was a joke, literly empty… all the time. And she has the nerve to make false claims that there is nothing here? You can tell she clearly has other plans and wants to extort. I swear that no other man will ever give her more than I have given her. I was extremely generous, giving and thoughtful.
I would really love to get custody of my beautiful daughter and for her to be booted out of the country. She’s clearly a psycho and really unfit to raise her, and so is the environment which she wants to take the Canadian citizen baby back to, to raise. I really need help. I’ve done nothing to deserve this. I have done good humanitarian work by giving a poor woman a second chance and I get stabbed in the back for it?
It doesn’t make sense too that she gets money from a disabled person…. when she is the one with the bachler’s degree from university in Peru. She could get any job here and make her own money. A lot more than I can make on my disability. Which I need to survive. I’ve been diagnosed with that form of Autism and also depression, and I have to say that my depression is at and all time high now and I am emotionally devastated and in an extremely delicate state now…. I am really close to taking my own life. Help before it’s too late, I can’t take this much longer…….

It’s RCMP. And would that do any good? What exactly would I say? Because on the sponsorship contract that I signed it says theres no way out of this. If she applies for social assistance I would be forced to pay all of it back no matter what. It is very clear about that, and that’s what they say on the immigration hotline too. Besides, I think she wants to go to the police too to further slander me. I imagine she might tell them dirty things that I’ve done in the past (that I told her in confidence), that have nothing to do with the matter at hand. Just to have me put away and take my money and baby.
