peruvian pasos are very similiar to arabians. they are “hot”, but level headed. they are anywhere from 14.2hands to about 15 hands. they have a barrel type body with smaller legs and hooves. these are gaited horses. considered to be one of the smoothest in the world.
as far as if you can ride them english…yes, as long as the horse has proper fitting tack.
