from june 20- july 20, i was in peru studying abroad. there were multiple occasions when we would be traveling on overnight buses, in which i would not use the bathroom ( i **** public restrooms), therefore, holding my bladder. now, i’m home and my lower back has a slight pain and i find it incredibly difficult to hold my bladder. did i cause this from holding it too much? what do you think i have?
